AM-AM Fun Comp final call for booking

Bookings are still open for the AM–AM Fun Competition on 18th January. Players enter as a pair and will be drawn with another pair to form a fourball. The competition will be played in Stableford format with an 85% handicap allowance.

Details:

Tees: Red / Yellow

Start: 10:00am shotgun

Format twist: Yellow Ball Challenge

On each hole, one player per team will play using the yellow ball. The yellow ball score earns double Stableford points, and the next best score from the team is then added to give the total score for that hole.

Examples:

If the yellow ball player scores 4 for 3 points (doubled to 6) and another player scores 4 for 2 points, the team scores 8 points for the hole.

If the yellow ball player fails to score and another player scores 4 for 2 points, the team scores 2 points for the hole.

The yellow ball rotates between players on each hole.

If the yellow ball is lost, one free substitute ball may be used. If that is also lost, the remainder of the round will be scored using normal Stableford rules.
